In 1983, Mr. Robert Lin founded Charm tool co., Ltd. making bolt cutters, and in 1993 founded QUALIPRO Enterprise Co., Ltd. producing several kinds of hand tools with patents. To simplify the business of company, QUALIPRO totally controls business and manufacturing processes; in 2003, Mr. Robert Lin closed Charm and bolt cutters were stopped production at that time.

QUALIPRO is a Taiwan's leading cutters and punch manufacturer with great reputation for excellent quality. It keeps dedicating various creations with many kinds of patents around the world every year by functions improved and R&D ability strengthened.
