Yusin Holding Corp. was established in February 2011 in the British Cayman Islands ("Cayman") as an investment holding company for the group. The founders of the group are a team of professionals from Taiwan with over 30 years of experience in the research and development, production and sales of automotive brake systems.

Yusin was successfully listed on the Taiwan stock exchange on October 12, 2015. Its main business is the research, development, production and sales of spare parts for the automotive industry, currently focusing on spare parts related to automotive brake systems, with a main focus on the aftermarket (AM).

Yusin produces a wide range of calipers, brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder, vacuum boosters, brake pads, clutch master cylinder and cultch slave cylinder for automotive brakes, covering all major automobile brands in the world. The quality of our products has been recognized by internationally renowned manufacturers and is well known in overseas markets. In recent years, we are actively expanding into the mainland Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) market. In October 2021, we merged Horng Fuu Enterprise Co. Ltd to expand our expertise for the two wheel brake system such as motorcycles and bicycles.

Xiamen Yong Yu Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. is the main R&D and manufacturing enterprise of Yusin Holdings, established in October 1992, located in Xiamen Tongan Industrial Zone, with a factory area of 53,000 square meters.
