This is why we have invested not only in high precision, automated production machinery but in also state of the art testing equipment to test specific oil seal functions.
KOK are able to test each and every seal off a line, utilizing our in-house engineered automated Oil Seals equipment which completely automates the processes after vulcanization, including a 100% inspection of each seal.
This minimizes the risk to our customers and their customers.
Our capabilities in this field include producing regular rotary seals, reciprocal function seals, unitized seals and cassette seals.
